Its LPL Again

I participate in LPL again this year (my third time) - I love it to be hones even if I have no chances to win it :) I like to built small crews and pose them for cool photos.
So you've seen my Frostgrave entry already
I chose to tie my entries with little Easter egg. Look out for Sinister Chicken!

here is the rest
First round was thematic one - with Victorian horror. I am not particularly inclined towards this genre but I hag Malifaux 2e crew I havent finished and beautiful metal 1st ed McMurning to round it up

Then mentioned Frostgrave one  and My Late Roman Comitatus of Flavius AWitus as third round photo (funny detail - legionaries in the background were in one of my earlier LPL entry)

Then I went intio 4 th round with my Battle Company of  Rohan group (Starring Rohan Battle company with upgraded mounted leader)

This week Is another thematic round - this time Only paint - minis without any scenic details. As I like setting up little scenes the best its not that interesting as thematic round - I used my Slaanesh retinue - Boldly named AWitus Comitatus 40K (as its similar - Leader and 4 retinue men at arms- in composition to my late roman comitatus) to try hypnotizing voters with bold colour choices (although I won 4 previous matches so there is a chance I will be put against some of the real masters there and nothing will help me against just devastatingly better painted miniatures :)

My last year quest was to won half of the matches I participated in - I did it and finished at 13 position overall. - My target this year is to keep that position :)
Now to prepare entries for the remaining 5 rounds  - I have one ready to photograph and 2 almost done. That is leaving me 2 rounds one of which will be thematic round with something American - that will be hard one as I don't have faintest idea what to paint...nor anything american bar some 15mms... Yet!. :O :D

Beton again (at 1600 gang rating after first full Turf War)

Beton
Surprisingly hard to photograph decently..
We no girly models, we are ruthlezz killerz :)

Beton in last setup, before Juve Źelbet temporarily left to reduce rating for newTurf war

Pan Beton - Leader
I want Mad Max Joe with him - and that makes him really hard to photograph in a good light, but I like that bastard. He scored Wounds advance last game (or will scre before next game because NeoMunda works strangely with it)
his job is to stand and Overseer but when he charged last game he crushed Escher sentry and Leader and then some of the Tech piece to be sabotages but finished with 4 flesh wounds due to drugs overdose.. technically he is responsible for around 70% of a game against gang 900 rating higher

Champions

From the left Azbest - he did nothing so far, Middle Kafar- new addition after ultra lucky double sixroll on the hous support table - Champion with 8 xp and 150 creds in equipment - was a huge boost to the rating but is yet to do anything meaningful (he was shooting 3 times at pointblank enemy champion and missed atwice and got chopped.. And on the right Pustak - my best ganger on the field (he accumulated 20 Xp - 15 of are for killing and damaging at sabotage) Real killer.

Kafar started as this cool miniature but I swiched to nail gun guy I will add barrel and pretend its nail stubber (until I will paint that badass bastard)

4 gangers (well 3 gangers and a specialist Two middle guys scored advances after some lucly kills, left one is specialist, sm,oker will be +1 T before next game)

And their entry in LPL

Rogue Trader Isabella LaCroix and Lars Kroft

Ive finished one of my =I=Munda teams. Rogue trader landing party of Madame Isabella DeLacroix and her associate Xeno Archeologist Lars Kroft.

As I used them in two LPL entries this year I managed to finish them in time (sans little detail of DeLacroix logo but I have to invent one first to add it)
Here is whole crew.

Lady Isabella with her Seneschal Ivanov recording her famous quotations

Roxana her Voidmistress

Lars Kroft Xenoarcheologist

Benjamin Konig Astropath

Arch militant Lena Crowe leader of the landing crew

And some crewmen (I might do some more in the future).

And two LPL rounds with them

LPL 2017 final round

This post concludes my LPL series (I will return to some of my entries in more detail but as own projects)

Here is my entry for round X: Slavers of the Purple Spire (From Patalonia projetc)

And final standing. I placed on very good 14th place after 10 rounds with 5-5 win to loose ratio. I could be a little better if I could make better photos. Well, maybe next year. First 10 is beyond my skills, masters of this League are The masters indeed.

Despite risk of humiliating defeat LPL is great way to finish those blocked projects that were on my desk for years at time.. I highly recommend Lead Adventures Forum and next years  LPL itself!
